🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Cannabis Technology (Remote | California Residents Only) 🚨

This is a high-impact leadership position for an experienced project management professional who enjoys collaborating across multiple departments, driving large-scale initiatives, and working directly with executive stakeholders and government partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.


What You'll Be Doing


• Lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of strategic projects supporting regulated cannabis operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client initiatives, building strong relationships through proactive communication, collaboration, and strategic planning.

• Partner with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.

• Coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives while managing timelines, priorities, resources, and project deliverables.

• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying operational challenges and implementing scalable solutions.

• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans while working closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, testing activities, documentation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Present project updates, key metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and client stakeholders.

• Support system enhancements, operational improvements, data initiatives, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Represent the organization during client meetings, industry events, and other strategic engagements as needed.


Qualifications


The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong project leadership, client management, and technology implementation experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

✔ 2+ years of experience serving as a Project Manager or Program Manager on projects or maintenance engagements valued at $5 million or more.

✔ Proven experience delivering complex, mission-critical technology or software solutions.

✔ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, business leaders, and executive leadership.

✔ Experience translating business needs into actionable project plans and coordinating successful implementation.

✔ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Experience identifying risks, solving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Government project experience is a plus.

✔ Experience working within highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.

✔ Cannabis industry experience or knowledge of cannabis regulations is highly desirable.

✔ Must currently reside in California.
