We’re looking for an MSP Client Partner who’s excited to manage and grow our Fortune 1000 contingent labor programs. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll be the primary conduit between our internal recruiting teams and the clients we serve under complex MSP programs. You’ll own your portfolio, drive performance, and deliver sourcing strategies that scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Fortune 1000 clients and MSP stakeholders
- Own and grow a portfolio of contingent labor programs within large-scale MSP/VMS environments
- Partner with recruiting teams to build and execute tailored sourcing strategies
- Ensure program compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous quality improvement
- Present insights and results to client hiring managers, procurement, and MSP partners
- Drive expansion opportunities within existing client programs
- Monitor fill rates, submission quality, cycle times, and other program KPIs
Experience Required
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a Client Partner, Account Manager, or Program Manager supporting enterprise clients within a large staffing firm or MSP/VMS environment
- Proven ability to manage large contingent labor programs, including high-volume requisition flow and complex client stakeholder relationships (preferably Fortune 1000 accounts)
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring recruiters or account teams to deliver performance against MSP KPIs and SLAs
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills—able to operate independently without a formal training structure
- Track record of identifying growth opportunities, improving delivery processes, and driving portfolio expansion in a fast-paced environment
