Base pay range
Enterprise Solutions/Sales Engineer
Location: Remote USA (EST working hours
)Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 Base + Bonus ($250k OTE
)

Following continued growth, they’re hiring an Enterprise Solutions/Sales Engineer to support complex enterprise sales engagements across North Ameri
ca.
The Opportu
nity
This is a highly consultative, customer-facing role where you’ll act as the technical lead throughout enterprise sales cycles. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Product teams, Professional Services and Customer Success to help enterprise customers evaluate, design and implement large-scale technology solut
ions.
You’ll be responsible for technical discovery, demonstrations, solution architecture, Proof of Concept engagements and helping shape technical strategy throughout the sales pr
ocess.
This role would suit someone with a strong blend of enterprise technical expertise, commercial awareness and excellent communication
skills.
Responsi
bilities
• Lead the technical and solution design aspects of enterprise sales en
gagements• Partner closely with enterprise sales teams across multiple product
offerings• Run technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and c
hallenges• Deliver technical presentations, workshops and product demon
strations• Design scalable enterprise architecture and integration
solutions• Lead technical Proof of Concept engagements and solution va
lidations• Support enterprise RFP, RFI and technical proposal
responses• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Succ
ess teams• Advise customers on integrations, deployment strategies and technical
workflows• Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies and competitor
offerings• Contribute to internal presales best practices and enablement
materials• Travel approximately 30% as
required
What We’re L

• Experience within Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, IT Consulting, Presales or Software Engineering e
nvironments• Previous experience of working as a Softwa
re Engineer• Strong customer-facing experience within enterprise B2B software or SaaS or
ganisations• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical s
takeholders• Experience leading enterprise technical discovery and architecture
discussions• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, cloud platforms and modern software ar
chitectures• Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, NLP or Data Analytics t
echnologies• Excellent presentation, stakeholder management and communica
tion skills• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities sim
ultaneously• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across technical and comme
rcial teams• Experience working within regulated industries such as Financi
al Services• Exposure to compliance, surveillance, eDiscovery, archiving or unstructured data e
nvironments• Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Solution Selling or Demo2Win me
thodologies• Background working with enterprise SaaS or large-scale dat
a platforms
