What You'll Be Doing

As a hybrid Sales & Service Technician, you are the face of the company, combining hands-on technical fixes with consultative sales.

  • Inspect & Maintain: Perform annual maintenance and quality checks on sump pumps, battery backups, and waterproofing systems.
  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical or structural water issues on-site and provide immediate, high-quality solutions.
  • Consult & Upsell: Educate homeowners on additional protective products (dehumidifiers, backup pumps, foundation stabilization) and close the sale on-site.
  • Build Relationships: Deliver exceptional customer service, earning the trust, reviews, and repeat business of our clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Mechanical Aptitude: 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing, waterproofing, construction, HVAC, or home services.
  • Sales Mindset: You enjoy talking to people, are comfortable explaining technical problems simply, and know how to confidently ask for the sale.
  • Problem Solvers: You like troubleshooting and finding the "why" behind a mechanical issue.
  • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license is required to operate our company vehicles.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in basements and crawlspaces.
