Responsibilities include:

• Be a trusted partner that CEOs and Co-Founders of the most popular startups in the world lean on for advice
• Build and manage candidate pipelines according to client requirements
• Craft the strategy around high touch candidate communication
• Find the best talent possible on platforms like LinkedIn, AI Sourcing tools, and through networking
• Lead candidate interviews
• Provide exceptional experiences for candidates and clients

Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience (growth, design, marketing, or product experience a plus)
• A lot of personal and professional interest in the tech startup landscape
• Excellent communication skills
• Focused on the details
• We are happy to explore candidates without Recruiting experience who have experience in Product Management, Performance Marketing, or Engineering.
