Recruiter

Location: Seattle, WA | Herndon, VA | Arlington, VA

Schedule: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)

Pay Range: $ 35 - $ 42/hr (Based on years of experience)

Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proactively source and engage technical and infrastructure talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical data center and infrastructure hiring initiatives.

• Conduct initial phone screens and candidate assessments.

• Manage candidate activity and submissions within client's recruiting systems and ATS.

• Partner closely with recruiting teams to support high-volume hiring goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.

• Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing capabilities.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.

• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about talent sourcing.
