What You'll Do
The Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial and multifamily framing projects from contract through completion, coordinating with general contractors, field crews, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage wood framing projects from contract through completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with plans, specifications, and customer expectations
Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, customers, field teams, suppliers, and internal partners throughout the project lifecycle
Review construction drawings, plans, specifications, and revisions to identify project requirements, potential issues, and changes
Coordinate project schedules, sequencing, site readiness, labor, materials, equipment, and other resources needed to support successful project execution
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing revisions, and project updates
Monitor jobsite progress and partner with field leadership to identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule, cost, quality, or productivity
Coordinate material planning, availability, and deliveries with suppliers and internal teams to support project timelines and jobsite needs
Monitor project costs and changes in scope, coordinating appropriate pricing, documentation, approvals, and execution
Maintain accurate project information in Procore and other project management systems while providing clear and timely updates on project status, milestones, and risks
Build strong relationships with customers and project partners while identifying opportunities to improve project coordination, field productivity, and overall project performance
What You'll Bring
Experience managing commercial, multifamily, or other construction projects, preferably with framing or another structural trade
Working knowledge of wood framing, structural construction, trusses, floor systems, or related building processes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project documents
Experience working with general contractors, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, with an understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and field operations
Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawing revisions, along with strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Procore or similar construction/project management software
