Operations Project Manager


Looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our rapidly growing business. As an Operations Project Manager your primary focus will be managing the daily and long-term activities associated with our client facility projects. 


Primary Responsibilities Include:

·      Primary point of contact on projects for internal team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients

·      Setting project schedule to include material orders, subcontractor estimating and scheduling along with client site readiness

·      Communication of project information with client and to all associated internal team members, and subcontractors

·      Track and report on all projects using inhouse tools (SharePoint and Net Suite)

·      Create and submit contract documents, RFI, purchase orders, change orders, etc.


Required Skills and Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree

·      3-5 years of project and project management work experience

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Experience working effectively in a team setting

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and industry-specific software, such as; NetSuite and SharePoint.

·      System and installation problem-solving skills

·      Experience working with contract documents, construction drawings and specifications, scope of work and project schedules.
