We’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing people, ideas, and priorities together to get things done.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding projects from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with different teams, keep everyone aligned, solve problems as they come up, and make sure the work stays on track.
We’re looking for someone who is organized and dependable, but also understands that projects are ultimately about people. You should be comfortable having conversations, asking the right questions, managing expectations, and stepping in when something needs attention.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Work with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand goals and priorities.
Build realistic project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Keep projects moving by following up on actions, identifying blockers, and addressing issues early.
Communicate progress clearly and regularly, without creating unnecessary complexity.
Manage project scope, budgets, resources, and timelines.
Identify risks before they become bigger problems and work with the right people to resolve them.
Organize meetings when they’re useful, and make sure decisions and next steps are clear afterward.
Balance competing priorities while keeping the team focused on what matters most.
Make sure projects are delivered to the expected quality, within agreed timelines and budget.
Look for ways to improve how we plan and deliver projects.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing projects and bringing them successfully to completion.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work comfortably with people from different teams and backgrounds.
A practical approach to problem-solving — you don’t need to have every answer, but you know how to find one.
The confidence to raise concerns, challenge assumptions, and have difficult conversations when necessary.
The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Good judgment and attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping teams do their best work.
What Success Looks Like
After six months, we’d expect you to have built strong relationships with the people you work with, understand how our teams operate, and be someone others can rely on to keep projects moving.
You’ll know a project is going well when people understand what they’re responsible for, issues are raised early, decisions don’t get stuck, and the team can focus on delivering great work.
Why Join Us?
This is a role where you’ll have a real opportunity to make a difference. You won’t simply be responsible for maintaining project plans or chasing deadlines. You’ll help shape how work gets done, bring people together, and make it easier for teams to turn good ideas into results.
If you’re someone who takes ownership, communicates openly, stays calm when things get complicated, and genuinely enjoys working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
