Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 12+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 5 years managing federal IT operations contracts
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation (minimum)
  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-tower federal IT operations (service desk, infrastructure, network, engineering)
  • Experience with ServiceNow-based ITSM governance and reporting
  • Experience with federal change control boards (ERB/CCB/ICCB or equivalent)
  • Experience managing contracts with SLA-driven performance metrics and CPARS
  • Experience with federal transition-in/out processes
  • Experience managing staffing across multiple geographic locations

Clearance: Must be US Citizen; Active Clearance a must
