Product Manager

We invest in ambitious teams building mission-driven companies at the intersection of technology, AI, and human opportunity. Across our portfolio, we’re looking for product builders who can take a problem from 0 → 1, find what customers love, and scale what works.

Every role is hands on. You’ll work closely with founders and engineering teams, solve ambiguous problems, and use every tool available to move quickly, especially AI-native tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. We’re looking for people who build, ship, learn, and iterate rather than talk about what they would build.

• Have built and shipped products from 0 → 1 and/or scaled products through meaningful growth
• Have strong business acumen and can connect customer needs to product and business outcomes
• Are deeply customer-obsessed and know how to build products people genuinely want
• Are scrappy and technical enough to build yourself, using AI and other tools to move faster
• Thrive in ambiguity and are energized by hard, open-ended problems
• Take end-to-end ownership and hold yourself accountable for outcomes
• Move quickly, take smart risks, and learn by doing
• Have a run-through-walls mentality when you believe in the problem
