The role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own meaningful pieces of the Reap platform while staying close to both customers and engineering.
This is not a process-heavy, slide-deck role. You'll talk to operators, sit in on customer calls, dig into how their day-to-day workflows actually function, and translate all of that into clear product decisions. You'll write specs, prioritize ruthlessly, work shoulder to shoulder with engineers, and follow features all the way through to adoption.
You'll help define how product works at Reap as we scale, and you'll be one of the people most responsible for what we build and why. As the company grows, there's real room to grow with it.
What you'll do
Own a product area end to end, from problem discovery through launch and adoption.
Talk to operators and internal teams regularly to understand workflows, pain points, and where AI can do the most work.
Translate messy, real-world problems into clear specs, prioritized roadmaps, and well-scoped projects engineering can move on quickly.
Work closely with engineering and design day to day, making fast decisions and unblocking the team as questions come up.
Define what success looks like for the features you own, then track adoption and usage to know whether you got it right.
Partner with customer success and sales to turn customer feedback into product direction and make sure launches land.
Help set the standard for how Reap builds, ships, and measures product as the team grows.
What we're looking for
4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at companies shipping quickly to real users.
A track record of owning products or features end to end, not just managing process.
Comfortable getting deep into a domain. You enjoy understanding how a complex workflow actually works before deciding what to build.
A strong communicator who can move fluidly between a customer conversation, an engineering discussion, and a written spec in the same day.
Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership. You can define a problem, scope a solution, and drive it to launch without a lot of structure around you.
You stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly when priorities shift or things move quickly.
Healthcare experience is a strong plus, especially long-term care, post-acute care, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations software.
