Bambee gives small businesses a Dedicated HR Manager plus the software to run HR end to end: hiring, policies, handbooks, terminations, and compliance. We're rebuilding the product and shipping fast. We're looking for a PM to own core owner-facing experiences from problem to launch.

What you'll do

• Own requirements, roadmap, and success metrics for core experiences: onboarding, the day-one HR audit, issue-resolution workflows, and the in-product assistant.
• Run sprints and prioritize in Linear, week over week.
• Lead launches across engineering, design, and go-to-market.
• Turn owner and Dedicated HR Manager feedback into what we build next.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in product at a SaaS, marketplace, or consumer software company.
• A record of shipping products customers adopt and keep using.
• Strong partnership with engineering, in their tools and on their cadence.
• Sound judgment with incomplete information.
• Bonus: AI products, workflow software, or HR/SMB tech.

Competitive base + equity. $120,000-$160,000. Onsite, Glendale, Monday-Friday.
