Responsibilities
- Support the execution and day-to-day operational management of lifecycle marketing initiatives across acquisition and engagement campaigns
- Partner cross-functionally with growth marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to support customer communication strategies and execution
- Identify operational gaps, pain points, and opportunities to improve marketing technology, workflows, and campaign execution processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer journey orchestration and marketing automation capabilities
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure operational integrity and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues
- 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, CRM, or customer engagement initiatives
- Experience building and launching customer acquisition and engagement campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Braze, Oracle Responsys, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve operational challenges and improve workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
