$85-110k base salary (flexible/based on experience) + full comprehensive benefits

Job Summary

This is not a traditional administrative role.

We are seeking a high-level, systems-oriented Office Manager to centralize operations, improve compliance, and integrate accounting, payroll, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to own financial operations, streamline systems, and bring structure to a growing nationwide organization.

Job Responsibilities

This role will centralize and elevate operations by:

• Managing full-cycle accounting within QuickBooks Online
• Overseeing payroll submission through ADP
• Monitoring cash flow and maintaining GL accuracy
• Bringing the company into multi-state regulatory compliance
• Overseeing and coordinating website maintenance and development
• Integrating accounting, payroll, and reporting systems
• Eliminating duplicate processes and improving efficiency
• Producing timely, accurate statistical and financial reporting
• Operating independently with limited supervision
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
• Hands-on payroll coordination experience (ADP preferred)
• Multi-state regulatory and licensing knowledge
• Systems integration experience
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Website development or technical oversight experience
• Ability to build processes in loosely structured environments
• High level of autonomy and accountability
