212 is a New York-based creative agency. We do social strategy and content production, and we represent the directors and photographers who bring it to life. We work with brands and artists including Chanel, Balenciaga, Prada, and Olivia Rodrigo.
The role: You support the full team across every part of the business. Your work will shift week to week and month to month based on where the team needs you most, spanning partnerships, talent, social, and production. This is a generalist role for someone early in their career who is organized, adaptable, and ready to learn across every area of a creative agency.
What you'll own:
Day-to-day coordination and administrative support across the team
Scheduling, organizing, and keeping projects and deadlines on track
On-set support during shoots and production
Support in meetings and with client and talent communications
Whatever the team needs that week to keep things running
Who you are:
Organized with strong attention to detail
Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities
Professional and reliable, on set and in meetings
A clear communicator and a strong coordinator
Early in your career and ready to learn across every area of the business
Logistics: Based in New York, working in person with the team, with an office coming in the next few months. Regular in-person work including shoots, meetings, and events.
