Job Description:


We're looking for a driven and organized Operations Specialist based in Las Vegas to keep our fulfillment operations running smoothly and on track. This role is the connective tissue of our day-to-day operations — owning the to-do list, driving project execution, holding the team accountable, and making sure things actually get done. You'll partner closely with facility managers, operations leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure priorities are clear, timelines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.


Specific responsibilities:


Project Management & Execution

  • Own and manage the operations project list — tracking open items, timelines, and owners across all workstreams.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational initiatives from kickoff through completion, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Build and maintain organized project trackers and to-do lists that give leadership full visibility into progress.
  • Identify blockers early and proactively coordinate solutions to keep operations moving forward.


Accountability & Follow-Through

  • Hold the team accountable to commitments — following up on open tasks and escalating delays when needed.
  • Establish a rhythm of check-ins, status updates, and reporting that keeps everyone on the same page.
  • Partner with managers to track team performance against operational goals and flag gaps in real time.
  • Ensure that decisions made in meetings translate into action and measurable outcomes.


Operational Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional coordination between operations, logistics, and facility teams.
  • Support scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation to optimize day-to-day fulfillment operations.
  • Document processes, SOPs, and operational updates to ensure consistency and team alignment.
  • Assist in continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions.


What You Bring:


  • 4+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and see them through to completion.
  • A natural follow-through mindset — you don't let things slip and you know how to hold others accountable with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a cold storage enviornment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
