This role is responsible for shaping and scaling a high-impact editorial program that turns complex product innovation into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. You will own the editorial vision for a flagship blog, transforming it into a key destination for insights, product storytelling, and thought leadership. Working at the intersection of content, product marketing, and growth, you will help define how stories are told and distributed across organic and campaign channels. The role blends strategic editorial leadership with hands-on writing and editing in a fast-paced, newsroom-style environment. You will partner closely across teams to surface the most important stories and ensure they are told with clarity, consistency, and impact. This is a highly visible position that directly contributes to audience growth, brand authority, and pipeline influence.

Accountabilities

This role owns the editorial direction and execution of a high-visibility content platform, ensuring consistent storytelling quality and alignment with business priorities. You will shape how product narratives are developed, refined, and distributed across multiple channels.

  • Define and manage the editorial strategy, roadmap, and content calendar for the blog, ensuring alignment with product marketing and growth objectives
  • Write and edit high-quality content that translates complex product capabilities into clear, engaging, audience-relevant stories
  • Refine and elevate contributions from internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and storytelling standards
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to identify high-impact storytelling opportunities tied to launches and strategic initiatives
  • Align content strategy with demand generation goals and campaign priorities to support pipeline growth and audience engagement
  • Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to ensure content is discoverable, trusted, and optimized for AI-driven and search experiences
  • Manage end-to-end content production workflows, from ideation through publication, including stakeholder coordination and approvals
  • Use performance insights and audience data to refine editorial priorities and improve content effectiveness over time

Requirements

This role requires a strong editorial foundation combined with the ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-informed marketing environment.

  • 6+ years of experience in editorial, content strategy, journalism, or product marketing within a B2B technology environment
  • Proven ability to write and edit high-quality, narrative-driven content for blogs, newsroom, or marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of how to translate technical or product concepts into accessible, compelling storytelling
  • Experience collaborating across Product Marketing, Growth, Product, and Demand Generation teams
  • Highly skilled editor with the ability to unify multiple voices into a consistent editorial standard
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, contributors, and content pipelines
  • Proactive, ideas-driven mindset with a consistent ability to generate content angles and editorial opportunities
  • Ability to balance strategic editorial thinking with hands-on execution in a high-volume environment
