About Hollman

Hollman, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality lockers and workspace solutions serving fitness facilities, athletic organizations, corporate environments, and other premier facilities nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused HR Generalist to support our approximately 300 employees. This position works closely with the HR Manager and supports day-to-day HR operations across our manufacturing workforce.

Because many of our employees are Spanish-speaking, fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns.
  • Support employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, attendance, and performance matters.
  • Coordinate onboarding, new-hire paperwork, I-9s, background checks, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information in Paycor.
  • Support timekeeping, PTO, payroll-related questions, and employee record audits.
  • Assist with recruiting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer letters, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Support benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave administration.
  • Track employee training, policies, acknowledgments, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain HR reports, calendars, trackers, and documentation.
  • Communicate HR policies, benefits, and processes clearly in both English and Spanish.
  • Identify HR process improvements and support special HR projects.


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • Manufacturing or other operational workforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with employee relations, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and HR documentation.
  • HRIS experience required; Paycor experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
