Southland Transportation is looking for a motivated and results-driven Freight Sales Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and growing freight revenue through strategic transportation solutions.
What You'll Do:
✅ Prospect and acquire new shipper accounts
✅ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
✅ Negotiate rates and transportation solutions
✅ Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional service
✅ Meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets
What We're Looking For:
• Transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage sales experience preferred
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
