Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient operation of the executive’s office through various clerical, administrative, and project-based duties.
  • Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements while minimizing conflicts.
  • Gather inputs and prepare materials for leadership and 1:1 meetings to ensure effective discussions.
  • Organize meetings, events, and activities, including logistics, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Process business expenses and handle office tasks to support the overall operation of the office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting C-Level Executives.
  • College degree required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-driven and solutions-oriented, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Google suite products and experience managing international travel and calendars.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
