What You’ll Do
Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management
Help prepare and review change orders
Learn job cost reporting and project analysis
Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning
Participate in project meetings and team coordination
Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies
Who We’re Looking For
Current student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology
Some related experience is helpful (coursework or previous internships)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn
