Executive Vice President

Role Description The Executive Vice President at IZISOURCING is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic leadership across the organization. This position oversees key business functions, including operations, finance, and business development, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and reviewing strategic priorities, monitoring performance metrics, guiding senior leaders, and supporting major client and partner relationships. The Executive Vice President collaborates closely with the executive team on budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and process optimization. This role also drives organizational culture initiatives, fosters cross-functional coordination, and leads change management efforts to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, with a track record of overseeing operations, finance, or business development in a growth-oriented organization.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, including experience in setting organizational goals, managing budgets, and evaluating performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Proven capability in leading remote and distributed teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and inclusive leadership practices.
• Experience with change management, process improvement, and scaling organizational structures and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, including the ability to manage risk and navigate complex business environments.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms supporting remote work, performance tracking, and executive reporting.
• Experience in outsourcing, professional services, or a related industry is an advantage.
