About the Role

This is a principal-level enterprise architecture role for someone who has lived inside complex CRM and ERP ecosystems — Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, NetSuite — and has led the rewrite and migration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV applications to Salesforce. You know how to rationalize, re-platform, and modernize legacy NAV environments into intelligent Salesforce-powered platforms, and you know how to do it with minimal business disruption. You will define the enterprise architecture vision across client engagements, bridge the gap between business strategy and technology systems, and embed AI capabilities into the core of every solution you design. Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of enterprise architecture experience across CRM, ERP, Custom App Development and enterprise platform ecosystems
• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, platform architecture, and integrations
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central — configuration, customization, and integration architecture
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP — architecture, customization, SuiteScript, and enterprise integrations
• Strong AI mindset — ability to identify and embed AI capabilities (LLMs, intelligent automation, predictive analytics) into CRM and ERP workflows
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures — APIs, middleware, iPaaS (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi)
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture — master data management, data governance, and cross-platform data flows
• Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, define technology roadmaps, and align business and IT strategy
• Excellent stakeholder communication — comfortable presenting architecture decisions to C-suite and business leadership
• Migration experience from ERP system to another ERP.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Salesforce application rewrites — from current-state assessment and business process mapping through architecture, development oversight, data migration, and go-live
• Conduct gap analysis between NAV and Salesforce — identifying functional equivalents, customization requirements, and process redesign opportunities
• Design Salesforce target architectures — data model, objects, flows, automations, integrations, and AI-powered features
• Oversee NAV data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and migration into Salesforce — ensuring full data integrity and traceability
• Define integration architecture between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems during and post-migration
• Embed AI capabilities into migrated Salesforce environments — Einstein AI, Agentforce, LLM-powered automation, and predictive analytics
• Lead architecture reviews, stakeholder workshops, and migration readiness assessments
• Define master data management strategies and cross-platform data governance frameworks
• Establish architecture governance standards and reusable migration patterns across GPARROT engagements
• Mentor solution architects and senior engineers on NAV-to-Salesforce migration best practices and AI-first design patterns

• TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture framework certification
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification
• Experience in retail, logistics, manufacturing, or healthcare enterprise environments
• Familiarity with composable enterprise architecture and API-first design patterns
