Our client in the Oklahoma City, OK area is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager or Sr Engineer for a direct-hire/permanent opportunity.
This position is 100% onsite, and candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the area.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, mechanical design, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of direct management experience leading and mentoring teams
• Strong proficiency with CAD design and analysis tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project is a plus
• Ability to travel periodically for customer onsite meetings and project reviews, both domestically and internationally. Most travel will be local during business hours, though some overnight and out-of-area travel may be required.
