We’re currently seeking a Manager, Electrical Engineering to join an exciting team. This a key leadership role driving the design and development of innovative consumer electrical and electronic products from concept to launch.
In this position, you’ll lead and mentor a talented group of engineers working across multiple projects, ensuring product excellence in design quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. This isn’t a “hands-off” management role. It’s a dynamic blend of strategic oversight and direct technical contribution, giving you the opportunity to shape design direction while staying close to the engineering process.
You’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing and guiding electrical/electronic design projects end-to-end
Integrating new technologies into next-generation products
Driving continuous improvement in design practices and development processes
Partnering cross-functionally with mechanical and manufacturing teams
Allocating resources, mentoring engineers, and fostering innovation
We’re looking for someone with a B.S. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 7 years of experience leading complex product development initiatives.
Ideal candidates bring a mix of technical depth, team leadership, and business acumen — someone who can translate innovation into scalable, manufacturable solutions.
