eCommerce Manager - Full Time - Luxury Goods

This is a luxury brand looking for a hands-on operator to own the day-to-day of our online store and help drive the next phase of growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of ecommerce, marketing, content, and operations and who's excited about leveraging the latest AI tools to do the work of a team.

We are ideally looking for someone willing to work onsite in the Santa Monica area although the organization can be flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage our Shopify storefront end-to-end, products, pricing, merchandising, and site health
• Build and run email marketing programs
• Identify and execute on customer acquisition channels, paid, organic, partnerships
• Drive repeat purchase and LTV through smart segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Own the order journey from checkout to delivered package, coordinating with 3PL
• Produce social, web, and marketing content across channels
• Bring AI and automation into general business operations wherever it can save time or unlock leverage

Experience

• Strong Shopify knowledge
• Email Marketing Campaigns
• Fluent in modern AI Tools
• Paid Ads (Preferred)
