Compensation: $135,000 OTE, $105,000 base

We’re looking for a Director of Program Operations & Client Success to own the overall client experience, client progress, community engagement, fulfillment operations, and program performance. The right person will have a deep love of three things:
- People: You’ll have a keen desire to understand what clients need to succeed, help resolve issues, build a high-trust community, and make clients feel supported. You’ll enjoy leading and managing a strong group of coaches, advisors and resume writers.
- Process & Tech: You’ll enjoy geeking out on learning new platforms and understanding how our tech stack works. You’ll get excited about implementing systems, dashboards, Airtable, Circle, Zapier, KPIs, tracking, workflow improvement, and making the machine run better behind the scenes.
- Building: You’ll love the thought of growing with a company that has exciting plans for the future, and will want to dive head first into building new programming and systems from scratch.
Given our stage of growth, for the right person this role will likely gain more responsibility quickly, potentially morphing into a Head of Operations role in 6-12 months. If you’re hungry and looking for fast growth in your career, then this might be right for you.
**Requirements — Non-Negotiable:**
- Proven experience leading a client-facing program, coaching program, education program, membership, community, or service delivery function. You must come with ideas to make this better
- Strong client success, customer experience, or program management background
- Experience managing or coordinating a team of coaches, consultants, writers, advisors, or service providers
- Strong comfort with backend systems, dashboards, workflows, and operational technology
- Experience with tools such as Circle, Airtable, Zapier, CRM systems, helpdesk tools, or similar platforms - you must have the ability and inclination to understand existing workflows and build with these tools, not just use them
- Strong analytical ability to track KPIs, identifying trends, and create action plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong judgment when dealing with client issues, escalations, and sensitive feedback
- Ability to balance empathy with accountability
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate without needing constant direction
**What You’ll Do:**
- Own overall client progress, client satisfaction, and program health across The Ambitious Exec
- Keep a close pulse on client progress, engagement, feedback, and sentiment
- Identify clients who are stuck, disengaged, or not progressing and create action plans to support them
- Gather client feedback, testimonials, external reviews, video reviews, and success stories
- Deal with client issues, escalations, concerns, and service problems quickly and professionally
- Oversee the client community and ensure it is active, useful, positive, and valuable
- Track program KPIs and produce clear weekly and monthly reporting on program performance
- Manage fulfillment expenses, including personnel and technology costs
- Help hire, onboard, manage, and evaluate coaches and resume writers
