Director of Inside Sales

KI is seeking a strategic, people-focused Director of Inside Sales to lead a high-performing team and help drive the next phase of our commercial growth.

This role is ideal for a sales leader who enjoys developing talent, driving performance, building strong partnerships, and leveraging technology to improve the customer experience. You'll partner closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to accelerate growth and strengthen commercial effectiveness across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop KI's Inside Sales organization
• Drive pipeline growth, revenue performance, and customer engagement
• Partner with Field Sales to improve collaboration and market coverage
• Coach and develop future sales leaders
• Optimize sales processes, forecasting, CRM adoption, and performance metrics
• Leverage analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve sales effectiveness
• Influence commercial strategy and contribute to enterprise growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading Inside Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or related commercial teams
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
• Strong experience with CRM platforms, forecasting, and sales analytics
• Strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and continuous improvement
• Experience in commercial furniture, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries preferred
