Data Analyst- SQL BI

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and scoping sessions with business stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and unified data models
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and audit readiness
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Domo, and Microsoft Fabric
• Develop semantic models, star schemas, and performant DAX measures
• Support BI deployment across Dev/Test/Prod using Azure DevOps
• Partner with IT, engineering, and BI teams on integrations and optimization
• Document data lineage, definitions, standards, and reporting best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
• Strong T-SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Domo
• Experience with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Domo Workbench, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and reporting standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 or other operational systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• BI or data-related certifications
