Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and ensure high-quality support delivery
Manage, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives
Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams
Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
