About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global consumer brand to hire an experienced Project Manager – Creative Production on a contract basis.

This role is ideal for a creative project management professional who thrives in fast-paced marketing environments and has experience managing integrated creative campaigns across both digital and print channels. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative assets while driving operational excellence and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple creative production projects from initiation through final delivery.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners.
  • Manage both digital and print creative workstreams.
  • Oversee project approvals, production schedules, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
  • Support continuous improvement of creative operations, workflows, tools, and processes.
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage external vendors and agency partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.


Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Creative Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Production.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing and creative production projects.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and print production workflows.
  • Excellent project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors.

Experience working with:

  • Workfront
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint
  • Creative production and marketing workflow tools


Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

  • Creative Operations
  • Marketing Operations
  • Agency or in-house creative teams
  • Retail, consumer brands, or marketing organizations
  • Digital asset production
  • Creative workflow optimization
  • Process improvement and automation initiatives
