Contract Manager

Corporate Contracts Counsel Position – Remote Role

ProspectBlue is seeking an experienced attorney to support our law firm client in a Contracts Manager capacity. This is a remote contractor position for an actively licensed attorney (any jurisdiction) with a minimum of 2 years of contracts review, analysis, and negotiation experience.

This is a remote work opportunity, but a candidate must physically reside and work in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Washington, DC, or Connecticut to be eligible for consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and interpret a wide range of commercial agreements
• Revise and redline contracts to protect client and firm interests
• Identify legal and business risks and provide practical recommendations
• Lead and/or support contract negotiations with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Active law license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• Prior experience in contract review, analysis, and negotiation/redlining
• Strong issue-spotting and risk assessment skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Pay Rate:

• Competitive hourly rate dependent upon prior experience

Assignment details:

• Hours: Must be able to work 40 hours per week on a Monday through Friday work schedule.
• Candidates will need to have their own computer, a secure high speed internet connection, and a webcam and microphone to attend virtual meetings as needed.
