Coforge is seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead strategic customer relationships, drive revenue growth, ensure delivery excellence, and position Coforge as a trusted transformation partner. This role blends account ownership, sales leadership, and domain-led sales, with a strong focus on expanding portfolios and building long-term client value.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end client relationships and serve as the executive point of contact.
Drive revenue through renewals, cross‑sell, and expansion into new business units.
Manage full P&L for assigned accounts with focus on growth and profitability.
Ensure delivery excellence through close collaboration with delivery teams.
Lead governance (QBRs/MBRs), manage escalations, and maintain high CSAT.
Identify and shape new opportunities aligned with Coforge’s digital and domain capabilities.
Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and large deal negotiations.
Manage cross‑functional account teams and ensure accurate forecasting.
Key Skills
Strong background in IT services sales & account management.
Proven P&L ownership for multimillion‑dollar portfolios.
Excellent CXO‑level communication and relationship-building.
Experience in large deal pursuits and global delivery models.
Flexible domain experience, can work across any vertical (e.g., Travel, BFS, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing)...
Qualifications
14–20+ years in client partnership/account management roles.
Strong record of revenue growth and client success.
MBA preferred.
