Their technology helps banks, lenders, and financial services organizations automate complex workflows, improve operational efficiency, and confidently meet evolving regulatory requirements.
Following significant growth and increasing enterprise demand, they're looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead the next stage of commercial expansion. This is an opportunity to build and scale a world-class revenue organization while shaping the go-to-market strategy for one of the most exciting AI platforms in financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's global revenue strategy across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization focused on financial institutions and regulated industries.
- Partner closely with the executive leadership team to define GTM strategy, pricing, market expansion, and revenue forecasting.
- Establish predictable, repeatable sales processes while driving growth through strategic enterprise customer acquisition and expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, including executive-level revenue ownership.
- Proven success selling enterprise software into banks, lenders, fintechs, or other highly regulated organizations.
- Track record of scaling revenue from high-growth startup through commercial maturity, including hiring and leading enterprise sales teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, forecasting, partnerships, and board-level reporting.
