Position Overview:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to support the Bank’s financial strength, regulatory compliance, and continued growth.
• Guide the development and execution of the Bank’s strategic plan, lead the senior management team, and represent the Bank throughout local communities and the financial industry.
• Promote a positive, results-driven culture by modeling accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement, collaboration, and a constructive can-do approach.

The ideal candidate will offer:

• Broad banking experience, including at least ten years of executive leadership in a nimble, hands-on environment, or comparable experience.
• Commercial lending experience or meaningful risk exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership, management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically while remaining actively engaged in execution.
• A strong commitment to sustaining the Bank’s independence and community-focused commercial banking mission.

The salary range for this position is $309,000 to $513,000, in addition to benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function, and associated responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, and skills.
