Responsibilities
· Work closely with our business and trading leaders to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the company, be responsible for managing the project development with key stakeholders
· Strategically navigate the process from introduction, to integration, to managing the ongoing relationship with different exchanges
· Drive and manage client relationships both domestically and internationally and act as first point of contact for key clients
· Analyze existing market data on exchanges and provide data and metrics to key stakeholders
· Ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
· Maintain healthy and productive relationships with partners, resolving business, policy and technical issues
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree or higher
· In-depth knowledge in finance
· Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling complex issues, to work independently and on a flexible schedule
· Excellent written/verbal communication and networking skills
· Experience analyzing and assessing market data
· Self-starter who will energetically advance the team's business goals
· Ability to Bilingual in English and Mandarin
· Management skills with strong negotiation & contract skills
· Detail oriented
