We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the organization's legal operations and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, supporting CLM processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for platform-related activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with legal or contract processes, and enjoys improving systems and processes. Training on platform administration and configuration will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary user and subject matter resource for the CLM platform.
• Analyze, document, and optimize legal workflows and contract processes.
• Support legal teams with contract intake, review workflows, and CLM-related activities.
• Assist with onboarding and training users on the CLM platform (virtual and in-person).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support platform enhancements.
• Develop documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Support ongoing optimization and future deployment phases of the CLM platform.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, project coordination, legal operations, or contract-focused workflows.
• Experience working with legal teams, contracts, or operational processes.
• Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience using a CLM platform (Luminance CLM experience a plus).
• Contract management or contract review experience.
• Experience supporting system implementations, pilots, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Tech-savvy with interest in legal operations and process improvement.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Legal Ops, or vendors.
