Responsibilities
Conduct detailed product demonstrations of bakery equipment and related enterprise software solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized presentations that highlight product benefits aligned with customer needs.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including analysis of client requirements and proposing suitable solutions utilizing AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, VMware, and Linux-based systems.
Assist in managing client relationships by offering ongoing technical advice and troubleshooting during the sales process.
Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within the bakery industry and presenting innovative tech integrations.
Contribute to project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of solutions, including coordinating with internal teams on deployment strategies.
Help close deals by effectively communicating product value propositions and addressing technical questions confidently.
Requirements
Strong understanding of computer networking, AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux, and enterprise software environments.
Experience with Python scripting and Bash (Unix shell) for automation or troubleshooting tasks is highly desirable.
Proven ability in technical sales or pre-sales roles within a corporate or technology-driven environment.
Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate technological solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Demonstrated success in product demos, deal closing, and business development within technology sectors.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
