Build strong relationships with team members, candidates, and clients, and continually deepen and improve them over time.
Manage stakeholders with professionalism, keeping candidates, clients, and colleagues aligned, informed, and well represented at every level.
Show tenacity and resilience, staying warm, persistent, and accurate through the long, quiet stretches of a search, owning outcomes and never mistaking activity for progress.
Bring creativity to the search, finding candidates, angles, and approaches others miss, and testing new ideas when the obvious sources run dry.
Seek out and deploy best practices in all that they do, and stay intrinsically motivated to sharpen their judgment over time.
Take a real interest in how our clients and their leaders work, and keep a finger on the pulse of industry news, key clients, and where talent is moving.
Focus on collaboration and mutual support. Individuals who prefer to work with others and emphasize achieving excellent results through teamwork will be strong cultural fits for our team.
