Associate, Compensation Management

A leading global financial services is looking for a Compensation Associate to support all quarterly and annual compensation activity. Must have 3+ years related experience as Compensation Analyst and possess strong Excel skills.

• Hybrid work schedule
• Must be able to work onsite in Midtown, NYC 3 days/week

• Strong Excel skills

• Prior experience utilizing Workday
• Prior experience working at a financial services firm
