This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join a talented team. This established company has a connected, innovative, collaborative, nimble, and trusting culture and work environment. Join this team as an assistant leader of their flagship location. You will help shape others' success while honing your leadership skills with one of the company’s most capable and respected leaders. We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our client’s showroom. In this supportive and hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Store Leader to drive daily operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service. You’ll play a key part in team development by fostering a positive and collaborative environment, offering consistent feedback, and helping to cultivate a culture of growth.
Client satisfaction is at the core of what you do. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional experience with every interaction. You'll assist in meeting sales goals and performance metrics through thoughtful execution, problem-solving, and day-to-day decision-making. Your ability to adapt, stay organized, and manage competing priorities will be critical in keeping operations smooth and efficient.
The company deals in luxury, but doesn’t do 'stuffy.' They manage some of the highest ticket volumes in the industry, requiring a sharp mind and a sophisticated touch. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
2+ years of previous assistant manager, team leader, or management experience highly sought after
Experience with luxury/large ticket products highly sought after
Experience managing in a commission atmosphere highly sought after
Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and AI (Gemini, Chat GPT) skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain quality relationships with team members, clients, and other internal customers
