Key Responsibilities
• Lead the daily operations of the Administrative Support department.
• Manage staffing, workloads, scheduling, utilization, and performance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, mentor, and develop administrative professionals.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance management.
• Develop training programs, policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
• Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, and expense reporting.
• Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives across business services.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of administrative management experience in a law firm or professional servicesenvironment.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience managing administrative support teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, recruiting, coaching, and employee development.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree required.
