We are seeking an Accounts Payable Lead/Manager to oversee AP operations for all North American business units. This is an individual contributor role with leadership responsibility for a 6–8 person offshore AP team in Guatemala. This role oversees outsourced AP processing, ensures accurate and timely payments, and serves as the company’s Ariba P2P + SAP functional expert\You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT—owning Ariba, building AP processes from scratch, and helping stabilize the system following a recent Ariba go-live (Jan 2026).

What You’ll Do
Oversee outsourced AP operations and manage performance of a 6–8 person offshore team
Monitor KPIs/SLA compliance and ensure accurate, timely invoice processing
Optimize vendor payments and support working capital initiatives
Act as Ariba P2P SME—workflow, issue resolution, catalog mgmt., training
Ensure AP data integrity within SAP
Establish and document standardized AP processes
Maintain strong internal controls; support 1099/1042 and escheatment compliance
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimization initiatives
Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Strong hands-on experience with Ariba P2P + SAP
Deep understanding of AP systems and end-to-end P2P processes
Experience managing outsourced vendors and SLAs
Knowledge of 1099, 1042, escheatment requirements
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and process-driven
