What You'll Do

  • Partner with corporate accounts to develop outcomes to benefit the customers of American Airlines when they fly
  • Analyzes customer needs through both online and in-person meetings with corporate partners
  • Coordinates and implements programs with appropriate field and staff departments
  • Prepares correspondence, proposals and presentations to support retailing activity
  • Communicates updates on AA products and services as needed

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 3+ years experience working in Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis or other airline commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Airline or business to business sales experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a highly competitive, demanding environment
  • Ability to communicate to high level executives
  • Strong account strategy development and execution skills required
  • Understanding of modern retailing approaches and strategies
  • Understanding of modern airline distribution technology such as NDC, online booking tools, GDSs
