Job Description:

We are looking for passionate individuals who can maintain and enhance existing client relationship by cross-selling and up-selling our services and creating new ones where possible. The Accounts Director should be able to:


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end account strategy, growth planning, and execution for multiple enterprise accounts.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and increased revenue.

• Identify and close new opportunities within existing accounts.

• Lead account managers, set priorities, and drive process improvements.

• Conduct account reviews, handle escalations, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.

• Plan and forecast revenue, resources, and P&L for assigned accounts.

• Collaborate with business, IT, and strategy teams to deliver client solutions.


Qualifications:

• 12- 15 yrs exp in B2B sales and account management for Fortune 1000 enterprise clients

• Experience in CPG, Retail, Lifesciences or BFSI verticals

• Solid track record in profitable sales and revenue growth by building strong inroads into enterprise accounts

• Strong background in analytics, data science, big data, and enterprise solutions.

• Proven consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Deeper understanding of account opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy for consistent business results.
