Account Manager — Beauty & Fragrance Packaging (New York)

Saphired is a custom beauty packaging and turnkey solutions house with French roots and a New York base. We bring concept-to-shelf packaging to fragrance and cosmetics brands, combining French savoir-faire with American proximity.

We're growing our New York team and looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and drive projects from brief to delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of fragrance and cosmetics brand accounts, from first brief to final shipment
• Coordinate between clients, our design/engineering teams, and global suppliers
• Build commercial proposals, manage timelines, and keep projects on budget
• Be the trusted point of contact our clients rely on

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or project management — beauty, fragrance, packaging, or luxury goods a strong plus
• Excellent client-facing communication and a sharp eye for detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• New York–based (hybrid)
