I’ve put a lot of passion, time, and energy into a topic I deeply care about: how we build Agentic UIs that go beyond chat and hold up architecturally. The result: 📘 Agentic UI with Angular (Link in comments 👇) ✅ A major part of the book covers the emerging open Agentic UI stack: → AG-UI for connecting agents and frontends → A2UI for dynamic UIs generated by the agent → MCP Apps for interactive tools and mini-apps Including practical Angular implementations using CopilotKit ✅ And we go beyond the basics: → Custom A2UI catalogs → Application-specific DSLs → Safety & security: guardrails and sandboxes → Sub-agents and workflows The focus throughout is on architecture, patterns, and practical implementation. A huge thank you to Manuel Meyer, Fabian Gosebrink, Thomas Gassmann and the entire organizing team for putting together such a fantastic conference. Great venue, great organization, great people — it was a blast! I also really enjoyed all the conversations before and after my session. Thanks to everyone who came by, asked questions, shared their own experiences with GitHub Copilot and agentic development, or simply stopped for a chat. Those discussions are always one of my favorite parts of a conference. My main message from “From Co-Pilot to Co-Worker”: we’re moving from prompting an assistant to delegating meaningful development tasks to an agent — and that changes how we work as developers. For everyone who asked about the slides, demo and how to try the scenario yourself, here are the links: Slides & demos from all our talks: https://lnkd.in/e7JQk-72 .NET Day Switzerland 2026 – slides & resources: https://lnkd.in/eAbaZcnb Demo repository – demo-coworker branch: https://lnkd.in/egRRbrhq Step-by-step demo script: https://lnkd.in/epjBzqPC Smaller Docker Compose setup: If the full environment needs a little too much memory, you can use the Docker Compose file from the copilot-starterbranch: https://lnkd.in/e9tGqz6G Have fun experimenting with it — and if you try the demo yourself, I’d love to hear how it goes! See you at the next conference! #dotnet #dotnetday #githubcopilot #copilot #ai #agenticai #softwaredevelopment #community

Tim Deschryver reacted on thisTim Deschryver reacted on thisI probably should have had this certificate a long time ago. After all, I've been enabling AI-native development for enterprise customers for several years already. But somehow, I never found the time to take the GitHub Copilot certification, aka GH-300, myself. Now it's finally on my certification roster. And I'll be honest with you, my friends: if you already practice AI-native development, I'd recommend looking beyond GH-300 and going straight to the "GitHub Certified: Agentic AI Developer certification" aka GH-600. This is where you'll need to prove knowledge and skills that go beyond agentic development itself, which is only one part of the picture. GH-600 covers the broader AI engineering system: how agents operate within the SDLC, how they use tools and environments, how memory and state are managed, how outputs are evaluated and tuned, how multiple agents are coordinated, and how guardrails and accountability are implemented. You could call it the "outer loop" of AI-native development. And, in my opinion, this is exactly the abstraction level where the most advanced development teams operate today. Are your development teams still focused on becoming better users of AI coding agents, or are they already learning how to engineer the systems around them? Tackling the Context Window - including Model Fine-Tuning 📍 Friday: AI Fireside Chat at Ilyoskhuja ( Ilyas ) Ikromkhujaev We'll show different strategies for optimizing the context window. From compaction, memory, and RAG all the way up to the high discipline of model fine-tuning. https://lnkd.in/e68viBCz Loop Engineering with Local Models (for #Angular) 📍 Saturday - Tunissa Ng at Mohamed Aziz Aydi Local models give you the power to run AI 24/7 without token costs. The challenge isn't running the model, but keeping it productive. That's exactly what Loop Engineering is about: designing autonomous loops that continuously work. While the implementation is built for an #Angular app, the underlying principles can be applied to virtually any framework or technology stack. https://lnkd.in/e4xPHT-A --- For both talks, we'll provide working code that you can run in your own environment and adapt to your own projects. #AI #LocalLLMs #LLM #OpenSource #SoveriusAI

Continuing my dive into Angular’s lesser-known internals and old API 👨💻 Have you heard of the EventManagerPlugin? It’s the secret behind every (click) event — and you can extend it to create your own modifiers! In my latest article, I show how to build a .stop event modifier that automatically calls stopPropagation(). 👉 Do you want to learn how? https://lnkd.in/d-8X2rTj
