Stephanie Cohen shared thisAgentic commerce has arrived. AI agents are booking flights, ordering groceries, and making purchases on our behalf. For this to work, we need to be able to verify that an agent is acting for who it says it is. I'm excited to share that today we are teaming up with Experian and Visa on Experian Agent Trust. It works by letting consumers verify their identity once, creating a secure link between you, your device, and your agent. Cloudflare enforces this at the Internet layer, so if an agent can't prove it's authorized, the transaction gets blocked. Cloudflare is the best place to build and secure agents. We provide the infrastructure so any business can participate in agentic commerce and know that trust is part of the architecture from day one. My favorite part was spending time with leaders who aren’t just adapting to the future but are actively building it. We heard from many of them about: 1. Building for the agentic Internet - the Cloudflare network is made for this. Noam Ackerman from monday.com showed how they are using Cloudflare Workers to seamlessly go from idea to build to deploy. Andy Dean CMgr MCMI from AllSaints shared how they use Cloudflare’s network to accelerate dynamic content. While Michael Fleshman from The Economist highlighted using "control dials" like AI Crawl Control to protect their intellectual property in the age of AI. 2. Securing AI at the speed of innovation - no tradeoffs between speed, reliability, and security. Grant Bourzikas shared how he is protecting Cloudflare and the Internet everyday from emerging cybersecurity threats. Mike Howell from Rentokil Initial discussed how he consolidated a complex patchwork of solutions onto our platform, and Nikola Novoselec from Swiss Post explained how Cloudflare is his answer to no tradeoffs - secure and build in the same place! I likely would never have treated myself to such a thing, so I am appreciative of the unique opportunity to see it. It was a match between two friends Linda Noskova and Karolina Muchova (or ex-friends as Karolina put it at the end 😆 ), fantastic fight put out by Karolina but Linda's win at the end. The sun was scorching and I was unprepared not wearing a hat .... Had some fantastic conversations on women in tech and security (some tennis too). I am enormously grateful for the last chapter of my career. I want to say a genuine thank you to Stephanie Cohen, Farooq Sheikh, Tony van den Berge, Gad Elkin, Matthew Wakeley, Robin Aldis, and Mark Jenkins for their leadership and support, and to the wider Majors Enterprise team Richard Black, Monica Hutton , Neal Suchak, Bryan Coughtrie, Neil Preskett, Daniel Alexander, Simon Steele, Matthew Huggins, Julie Bown, Bruno Tavares, Joshua Watts, Alina Ha, Nicholas O'Neil, Stanislav Georgiiev, Irina Panaitescu, Carlos Vergara Vidal, Gareth Beard, Matthew Lynch, Carrie Rebecca Thompson, Bill Thompson, Gareth Biggs, James Williams, Christian Reilly, Michael Tremante, and Chris Adam for the collaboration, the wins, and the occasional war stories along the way. And they want partners who listen, execute consistently and make it easier to compete in a market that continues to change quickly. That is where we are focused and is central to our One Fiserv plan. We will keep investing in reliability, resiliency, cybersecurity, AI, modern digital experiences and connected capabilities that bring banking and commerce closer together.
