My friend Meagan Holub has traveled across the country to seek neurological surgery. She has a tumor/cyst the size of a mandarin inside her brain. Every major hospital has denied her life saving care. They have even scrubbed her records from even visiting the hospitals. I don't know why. I truly don't. She has a similar condition to the one my sister survived. She even went to Germany to seek medical care, just to be denied. Here are some of her brain scans so you can see the severity of it yourself. But what he did in the next thirty seconds opened a door that stayed open for decades. Here's what I take from it. Isaac didn't angle. He didn't perform. He just treated the person in front of him like a person, with genuine curiosity, before he had any idea who he was talking to. We're taught to work the room, to chase the people who can do something for us. The ones who actually win are often just the ones who see the human across the table. I have provided all documentation proving we are veteran nonprofit. I am shocked and disgusted. Please share to let them know this is not acceptable. I was actually in the middle of helping a homeless veteran living in his van. As you can see I sent him $500. I was able to send him $500 twice. I was trying to get him $2K total but Paypal would not authorize the transactions and then decided to permanently shut down my account!!! Therefore half of his funds are locked down! Unbelievable!!! Posting receipts so you can spot it. The play 👇 1/ Initial outreach comes from a polished LinkedIn profile. In my case the account uses the name "Jeremy Kraus," claims Managing Director / Engineering Technician, Blockchain + AI, based in Fond du Lac, WI. Looks legit at a glance. Stolen or fabricated identity, most likely. 2/ They book a call. Day-of, an "urgent internal issue" comes up and they can't make it. Instead they ask if you'd be open to reviewing their "current codebase" and sharing thoughts on whether it's solid enough to keep building on. 3/ The link is a Google Drive file. Pre-emptive excuse baked in: "we had issues with the previous team around git workflow, so it's not properly on github yet, we're sharing it via source files." That sentence is the tell. No real team ships code that way. 4/ The file in my case: Tokenized-RealEstate.zip. Ran it through VirusTotal before touching it. Kaspersky flagged it as HEUR:Trojan-Downloader.Shell.Agent.ea. Downloader shell, exactly what you'd expect from a staged attack on a developer machine. 5/ The pattern targets CTOs, senior engineers, and technical founders specifically. The codebase review framing is engineered to bypass your normal "don't open random zips" instinct because reviewing code IS the work. How to defend: - Any "review our codebase" request from a cold contact is suspicious by default - Real teams share repos, not zipped source files via Drive - If you must look, do it in a disposable VM, never your main machine - Run anything unknown through VirusTotal first - Cross-check the LinkedIn profile: low connections in your network, recent activity only, vague company affiliations are all flags Stay sharp out there. This wave is hitting crypto hard right now.

I created Verdant Intelligence because it is easier to create realtime world aware AI then it is to get a damn job. I have not made a penny in four months. So I made a business to try to support myself and my family. I have skill, I can find people to help. I started my career homeless and scrappy. I’m not like most. I’ve built in public, to find allies and partners and possibly business to do. So I can feed my family. Ok professional network, let’s professional network. I need help. I’ve been saying that for a long time. I could use help getting introduced to the right people (leads not jobs), or if you have some other way, let me know. If creating realtime world aware AI interfaces that gives better information than billion dollar AI isn’t enough, then… what? Retire to homelessness? Leave a comment. Are any of you even alive. 🤣

My husband Pav came to America as a refugee of Yugoslavia. Growing up as an only child, being an immigrant kid was tough. But everything changed for him in middle school when he met his best friend Eddy. Coming from Ecuador, Eddy was also a child of immigrants, striving for the American dream. They instantly bonded like brothers, sharing a mutual dream to "make it" and set their struggling families on a new path to success. When I met Pav, Eddy was introduced to me jokingly as his "other soul mate". We soon got married, where Eddy stood as our Best Man. Pav and Eddy couldn't wait to start families and be godfathers to each other's kids. Unspeakably, only a year later, we lost Eddy in a tragic murder. This loss gutted us in ways we couldn't imagine. Eddy's family struggled to move on, but soon brought a new child into the family to begin their healing. The moment Eddy's niece was born, we knew she needed her uncle. But he wasn't here. So, we decided to step in. We quietly opened a college fund in her name, depositing cash on birthdays and holidays, while investing aggressively. She doesn't know it yet, but by the time she turns 18, the fund will be there for her to achieve her hopes and dreams. It takes a village to raise our future generation. We are not special. These last 7 months being out of work are beginning to take a major toll on me. I'm doing everything in my power to find a new team and organization to grow in and it seems that every step I try to take I get knocked down. I've got major hurdles in my way with being forced to be remote dure to my disabilities and feel that ignoring that I am hitting a breaking point..... Mentally this is the worst state I have felt with regards to work in my life. I am running out of options and don't know what else to do. I feel broken as a man and just lost with the future of work and things. With my house getting close to being on the line, debt rising and everything the weight is growing. If you know of anyone who might be able to help nudge me in the right direction, please reach out. I have spent time growing my education, researching everything I can, and I just feel at a loss... We spend enormous energy trying to solve problems, redesign systems, build better organizations, and imagine alternatives to what is no longer working. But every one of those futures will be created by humans—and by the relational fields those humans create between them. Over the past year, the first Living Portal cohort has given me an unexpected window into this. I watched people become more able to trust themselves, hold uncertainty, remain present with difference, bring more of themselves into relationship, and create from a deeper source. But something else was happening too: as the people changed, the field between them changed. And that field began changing what was possible for everyone within it. It has left me with a question I think extends far beyond Living Portal: What kinds of humans—and what kinds of relationships between humans—do we need if we actually want to create something different from what we already have? Predrag Nikolik liked thisPredrag Nikolik liked thisWages are up ~12x since the mid-1960s. The S&P 500 is up 100x over the same period. That single gap explains most of what people are angry about. Anyone who followed their grandparents' advice – get a good job, spend less than you make, save for a rainy day – did everything right and still got left behind. Asset owners understood the system. Savers got punished by it. And it's not reversing. M2 money supply just hit a record $23.2 trillion, the 27th consecutive monthly increase. Annual interest on the national debt is now over $1 trillion. No politician has an incentive to stop it – they're not spending their own money. If the currency keeps getting debased, wages structurally cannot keep pace with assets. So hard work still matters... it's just no longer sufficient on its own. I don't know a single wealthy person who didn't build a meaningful portion of it through owning assets. The exposure is the point; a 0% allocation is going to age badly. P.S. The UK gives us a useful warning. Countryside celebrated its 5,000th MMC unit, invested heavily in factory capacity and put MMC at the centre of its strategy. Within months it admitted it had more capacity than it could use. In Queensland, QBuild had government backing, public housing demand and manufacturing capability, yet still faced a limited modular pipeline. The lesson is not that MMC fails. It is that housing need does not automatically become factory throughput. Factories need repeatable products, ready sites, approvals, infrastructure, finance, procurement and logistics working in sequence. And MMC does not have to mean complete houses rolling out of one plant. The real gains may come from industrialising the parts of construction where repetition creates the most value: panels, components, service assemblies, wet areas, hybrid systems and full volumetric construction where the economics genuinely stack up. If every house leaving the factory is still treated as a different project, we haven't industrialised housing. We've just moved the building site indoors.
